First Saturday Devotions each month in Sydney at Flemington/Homebush

The MMP has for many years held First Saturday Devotions each month at St Dominic’s Church at Flemington in Sydney (opposite Flemington railway station) in Sydney.

These Devotions are held in response to Our Lady’s requests at Fatima for devotion to the Five First Saturdays. Each First Saturday commences with Mass at midday, followed by Benediction and then by the Cenacle itself. Confessions are available from 11.30am to 3pm. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament continues after Benediction until 3pm. Light refreshments are available in the Hall after the Cenacle.

As St Dominic’s Church is undergoing renovations, however, the First Saturday Devotions will be transferred to Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church at Homebush (74 Underwood Rd Homebush) for at least the rest of 2026.

The Church at Homebush is accessible by bus (Route 526). This bus departs from Strathfield Station (the Everton Rd side, Stand B) for Rhodes Shopping Centre every 10 mins or so. Exit the bus at the first or second bus stops in Underwood Rd (immediately after the bus has turned off Parramatta Rd). Parking is also available on site and in the streets surrounding the Church. If you have any questions, email the MMP at the following address: info@mmp-oceania.net.
